Tangshan Delong Steel Co., Ltd., located in Leting County, Hebei Province, was established in August 2006, covering an area of 3,500 mu (approximately 233 hectares) and with an investment of 3.2 billion yuan. It has developed into a large-scale integrated steel enterprise encompassing sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling, and oxygen production, with an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons of iron, 2.4 million tons of steel, and 2.4 million tons of rolled steel.

The first section of the Delong air-cooled roller conveyor's oil-air lubrication system was designed and installed by Yantai Huashun Machinery Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., and commissioned on July 1, 2015. Yantai Huashun upgraded the oil-air lubrication system for the roller conveyor bearings, sprockets, and chains, changing from grease lubrication to oil-air lubrication, achieving excellent results.

This not only improved the service life of components and reduced bearing seizures due to poor lubrication, but also increased production efficiency and product qualification rates. Furthermore, it improved the surrounding environment, reduced grease consumption, and effectively lowered costs.
