Shihong Special Steel's bar production line was completed in 2012. The entire line consists of 18 rolling mills and looper guides, totaling 270 lubrication points, with a monthly oil consumption of 12 barrels.
After adopting oil-air lubrication, the production line saved approximately 54,000 yuan in lubrication costs and 50,000 yuan in bearing consumption per month. It also reduced the time for replacing rolling mill guides by 10 hours, avoiding product quality issues caused by guide damage.
