1. Fuel tank: 5000L (effective capacity> pump flow x12 minutes), fuel tank material is optional;
2. Oil pump: 209L/min, one for use and one for standby, yellow pump;
3. Double-cylinder filter: 400L/min, accuracy 10um, pressure drop <0.035mpa, one for use and one for standby;
4. Oil return filtration: magnetic filter screen and magnetic rod;
5. Oil cooler: 28 square meters (>130% heat load design), which can be designed as two-way, one for use and one for standby;
6. Heating rod: 3x4KW, EX explosion-proof junction box can be customized;
7. Pneumatic pressure regulating valve: DN25, voltage DC24V;
8. Pneumatic flow control valve: DN50, voltage DC24V;
9. Electric control cabinet: protection grade IP65, can be used as explosion-proof cabinet;
10. Control system: Siemens PLC plus touch screen combination;
11. Oil mist separator, high-level oil tank and nitrogen filling device can be added according to requirements.
