The Dual Line Lubrication Systems is composed of Control cabinet, Electrical lubricant pump, Electric directional control valve, Grease filter,Double-line distributor and Differential pressure switch.
This system is particularly suitable for lubricating belt conveyors, flotation machines, and classifiers.
Working Principle：
The directional valve core is switched between high and low pressure via two main oil supply lines. Simultaneously, the adjustable displacement metering valve core measures the flow rate to supply oil to the lubrication points.
In the dual-line lubrication system, when the electric pump's displacement meets the requirements, all distributors simultaneously supply oil to the lubrication points.
