The billet continuous casting machine project at Jiujiang Steel No. 4 Steelmaking Plant was upgraded by Yantai Huashun with its oil and air lubrication systems.
A total of 534 lubrication points were addressed, including the secondary cooling chamber, straightening machine, pre- and post-cutting roller conveyors, fire cutter, and billet collection rollers. The installation was completed in 8 days, ensuring smooth steel processing without any issues.
To date, all four continuous casting machines at the Jiujiang Steel No. 4 Steelmaking Plant have been upgraded with Yantai Huarun's oil-air lubrication system, and the upgrades are now complete, providing excellent lubrication performance that meets the steel plant's requirements.
