In an oil-air lubrication system, the lubricant does not evaporate during operation—neither inside the system nor at the lubrication point.

The system works by using compressed air as a carrier to transport a controlled amount of lubricant to the lubrication point. Inside the pipeline, compressed air flows at high speed (approximately 55–85 m/s), while the lubricant moves forward slowly in a spiral flow pattern.

Importantly, the oil and air remain separate throughout the entire process. The lubricant is not atomized into mist; it stays in the form of oil droplets or a thin oil film. As a result, the oil maintains its physical properties and does not evaporate.

This non-atomized delivery ensures precise lubrication, minimal oil loss, and a cleaner, more environmentally friendly operation.
