Why Does the Level Alarm Activate When There Is Still Oil in the Tank?

Release time:

2025-11-07

The level switch is designed for early warning, not to wait until the oil tank is completely empty. When the lubricant level drops to approximately one-third of the tank capacity, the system triggers a level alarm.

Even after the alarm is activated, the oil–air lubrication system can continue operating normally. The purpose of this function is to remind maintenance personnel to refill the lubricant in time, preventing unexpected downtime and ensuring continuous, reliable equipment operation.
