The billet continuous casting machine is the core equipment for solidifying and forming molten steel, and its lubrication system is crucial for its continuous and stable operation. Simultaneously, it significantly reduces equipment downtime caused by lubrication failure, decreasing equipment maintenance workload and spare parts consumption. According to industrial measurement data from a steel plant, the annual comprehensive operating cost decreased by over 77% after implementing oil-air lubrication.
