It is typically used in circulating oil lubrication systems where the oil is pumped, filtered, cooled, and reused.
XYZ-G Type Oil Circulatio Station
1. Operating Conditions
This product is suitable for oil circulating lubrication systems.The working medium includes turbine oil, No. 20~25 mechanical oil and rolling mill oil, with a kinematic viscosity grade of N22~N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22~VG460).
The nominal oil supply pressure of the oil Circulation station is 0.4 MPa。
Filtration accuracy: 0.08~0.12 mm.
Cooling water temperature: < 30 ℃.
Cooling water pressure: 0.2~0.3 MPa.
Oil inlet temperature of heat exchanger: 50 ℃, temperature drop: 7~8 ℃.
When using steam heating, steam pressure: 0.2~0.4 MPa.
2. Working Principle
During operation, oil is drawn from the oil tank by a gear pump, and delivered directly to the lubrication points of the equipment through a check valve, dual-cartridge mesh oil filter, and shell-and-tube oil cooler.The maximum oil supply pressure of the oil station is 0.4 MPa, and the minimum is 0.1 MPa.The operating pressure is set by adjusting the safety valve according to the requirements of the lubrication points.When the operating pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the valve opens automatically, and excess oil flows back to the tank.
Under normal working conditions, one oil pump operates and the other stands by.If the oil consumption of the equipment increases for some reason, the system pressure will drop.When it falls to the set value, the standby pump starts automatically via the pressure controller and runs together with the working pump until the pressure returns to normal, then the standby pump stops automatically.If the oil pressure continues to drop to another set value, an alarm will be activated via another pressure controller.
One set of filter elements of the dual-cartridge mesh oil filter is in operation, and the other is on standby.A differential pressure switch is installed at the inlet and outlet.When the differential pressure exceeds 0.15 MPa (0.15~0.1 MPa for oil stations ≥ 250 L/min), manually switch to the standby filter elements, take out the working elements, and clean or replace the filter plates.
The oil tank is equipped with an electric contact thermometer.The upper and lower temperature limits are set according to the required oil supply temperature.At low temperature, the signal lamp lights up, and the heater is turned on manually.When the oil temperature rises to the upper limit, the heater is cut off automatically.When the oil supply temperature is too high, an alarm is triggered and the cooler starts.
For oil stations ≥ 250 L/min, steam heating is used for lubricating oil in the tank.The control panel is additionally equipped with a meter for detecting the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water pipes of the cooler, and its main components are separately mounted on the foundation.For oil stations < 125 L/min, all components are mounted on the oil tank as an integrated structure.
3. Structural Features
1)Equipped with a standby oil pump to ensure continuous oil supply to lubrication points.
2)The filter is installed before the cooler, improving filtration and flow capacity, especially suitable for higher viscosity lubricants.
Adopts dual-cartridge filter, allowing cleaning and replacement of filter elements without shutdown.
3)Uses shell-and-tube oil cooler with high cooling efficiency, low resistance and easy maintenance.
4)Magnetic-mesh filtration is provided on the oil return line to adsorb and remove iron particles, ensuring oil cleanliness and extending the service life of lubricated components.
5)Equipped with a control panel and electric control box for convenient monitoring of operating parameters, enabling automatic control and fault alarm.
