It is typically used in circulating oil lubrication systems where the oil is pumped, filtered, cooled, and reused.
1. Fuel tank: 5000L (effective capacity > pump flow x 12 minutes), fuel tank material is optional；
2. Oil pump: 209L/min, one use and one preparation, yellow pump；
3. Double-barrel filter: 400L/min, accuracy 10um, pressure drop <0.035mpa, one use and one preparation；
4. Oil return filter: magnetic filter and magnetic rod；
5. Oil cooler: 28 square meters (>130% heat load design), can be designed into two channels, one for use and one for preparation；
6. Heating rod: 3x4KW, EX explosion-proof junction box can be customized；
7. Pneumatic pressure regulating valve: DN25, voltage DC24V；
8. Pneumatic flow regulating valve: DN50, voltage DC24V；
9. Electric control cabinet: protection level IP65, can be used as an explosion-proof cabinet；
10. Control system: using a combination of Siemens PLC and touch screen；
11. According to requirements, an oil mist separator, a high-level fuel tank and a nitrogen filling device can be added.
