1. Check that all lubrication points have sufficient oil. If there is no oil output or very low air volume, promptly check the upstream pipelines and distributor inlets and outlets.
2. Check all pipelines, joints, and distributor inlets and outlets for oil leaks or seepage. If any are found, address them immediately. If it is a main oil pipeline, depressurize before handling, ensuring the pipeline is clean and free of impurities.
3. Check the cleanliness of all filter elements in the filtration devices. This includes the pump inlet suction filter, the high-pressure filter on the main station, the air filter at the air source, and the brass filter in the sub-station.
4. Check all wiring joints in the main station and sub-stations for loose connections or poor connections.
