Details

The main station of the S03 oil and air lubrication system includes a fuel tank, a PLC electronic control device, a lubricating oil supply device, a lubricating oil filter device, a lubricating oil regulator device, and a lubricating oil distribution device.

The pump is a gear pump, which is opened and prepared, and it controls the start and stop according to the pressure of the main oil supply line of the system.The pump supplies the lubricating oil through the high-pressure filter and accumulator to the progressive distributor in one or more sub-stations. Each progressive distributor distributes the lubricating oil proportionally and reaches the oil-air mixing block in the sub-station.

In the oil-air mixing block, the lubricating oil is mixed with the compressed air treated by the air treatment device to form a two-phase mixed flow of oil and air. Due to the action of compressed air, the oil and air flow is transported to the primary oil and air distributor.

After the primary oil and air distributor distributes the oil and air flow in equal quantities or proportionally, they are transported to the secondary oil and air distributor, and the secondary oil and air distributor distributes the oil and air flow in equal quantities or proportionally again, respectively.
