The S02 oil and air lubrication system is suitable for occasions with 30 to 180 lubrication points. It is mainly composed of the main station, the primary oil and air distributor, the secondary oil and air distributor and the intermediate connecting pipeline.

The main station of the S02 oil and air lubrication system includes a oil tank, a PLC electronic control device, a lubricating oil supply device, a lubricating oil distribution device, a compressed air treatment device, and an oil and air mixing device.

The pump is an pneumatic pump or a gear pump, which is opened and prepared. It runs intermittently according to a set cycle to supply the lubricating oil to the progressive distributor. The progressive distributor distributes the lubricating oil proportionally and reaches the oil-air mixing block. In the oil-air mixing block, the lubricating oil is mixed with the compressed air treated by the air treatment device to form a two-phase mixed flow of oil-air.

Due to the action of compressed air, the oil and air flow is transported to the-stage oil and air distributor, the primary oil and air distributor distributes the oil and air flow in equal quantities or proportionally, respectively, to the secondary oil and air distributor.
