If dry oil lubrication is used, the monthly fuel consumption is about 30 barrels, and the monthly bearing consumption will increase by 20 sets. After the production line adopts oil and gas lubrication, the monthly lubricating oil cost will be saved by about 54,000 yuan, and the monthly bearing consumption will be saved by 50,000 yuan.At the same time, the replacement time of rolling mill and guide guard is reduced by 10 hours to avoid product quality problems caused by damage to the guide guard.
