Aoyu narrowband was completed in May 2014, with a total of 18 rolling mills and a total of 320 lubrication points on site. The current monthly fuel consumption of oil and gas lubrication is 12 barrels/month, and the bearing consumption is 1.82 yuan/ton.If the production line is lubricated with dry oil, the fuel consumption is about 30 barrels/month, and the bearing consumption is about 2.5 yuan/ton.The daily output is 3,000 tons, the cost savings of lubricating oil are about 54,000 yuan/month, and the cost savings of bearings are about 0.7*3000*30 =63,000 yuan/month.
