H-X3 Electric Operated DC Motor Lubrication Pump

The lubrication pump features a modular design, consisting of a pump element module, a pressure plate module, an oil scraper module, a pump assembly module, and an electronic control module. These modules can be configured in various configurations to suit specific operating conditions. The compact design and transparent oil reservoir allow for easy visualization of the grease level. The number of grease outlets is 1 to 3.

Details

Each grease outlet's pump element is equipped with an optional safety relief valve and pressure gauge to facilitate continuous monitoring of the lubrication point and pump operating conditions.

The fully sealed structure of the lubrication pump is suitable for outdoor operation, offering waterproof and dustproof features. It is suitable for wind power (onshore and offshore wind), forging, construction machinery, rubber and plastics, and vehicle chassis applications.

An optional electronic programmable control system is available (with both wired and wireless connectivity).

The oil pressure device is available with either a scraper or pressure plate; a high and low oil level indicator is also available.

Each grease outlet can be connected directly to a lubrication point, independently connected to a progressive distributor, or for dual-line control.
