Description
Ⅰ. Operating Conditions
The VSL-KR dual-line distributor is equipped with grease outlets on both top and bottom sides. When the internal piston reciprocates, lubricating grease is discharged separately through the upper and lower outlets respectively. A combined oil discharge structure is built into each pair of upper and lower outlets. To convert paired outlets into single odd-numbered outlets, simply unscrew the set screw inside the outlet bore.
The operating status of the distributor can be visually checked via the indicator rod. The oil output volume of each outlet is adjustable within the specified range by turning the adjusting screw.
Designed for dual-line centralized grease lubrication systems with a nominal working pressure of 40MPa. Driven by alternating supply pressure from the two main supply pipelines, the piston moves under hydraulic pressure to deliver metered grease to individual lubrication points.
Ⅱ. Technical Parameters
Model | Nominal Pressure (MPa) | Operating Pressure (MPa) | Rated Output per Cycle (mL) | Adjustment per Full Turn of Screw (mL) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
VSL-KR | 40 | ≤1.0 | 0–5 | 0.15 |
Medium & Ambient Requirements
• Compatible media: Lubricating grease with penetration ≥265 (25℃, 150g, 1/10mm) (NLGI 0# ~ 2#), or lubricating oil with viscosity grade above N68
• Ambient operating temperature: -10℃ ~ 80℃
• Note: If lubricating oil is used as medium, the system working pressure shall not exceed 20MPa.

Ⅴ. Operation Instructions for Combined Upper & Lower Outlets
To merge paired upper and lower outlets into one single outlet:
1. Use a 6mm hexagon wrench to remove the compression plug from the upper outlet bore;
2. Take out the flow splitter sleeve, reinstall it with the through-hole facing downward;
3. Tighten the compression plug back in place;
4. Seal the unused upper outlet with a G1/4 pipe plug to prevent dust contamination.
