● The automatic chain oil-air lubrication system mainly consists of an electrical control unit, oil pump, oil tank, cylinder, air source treatment device, nozzles, proximity switch, follower chain, mounting bracket, and tensioning device.

● The nozzle's fixed position is determined by the chain pin pitch; the proximity switch's fixed position is adjustable, allowing for precise setting of the spray point; the electromagnetic pump's spraying time and frequency can be precisely controlled, ensuring lubricant is only sprayed onto the chain pins; the electrical control unit uses a PLC, making the system fully automatic.

● When the chain roller is running, lubricant is applied to the bearings from the oil nozzle through the channels within the pin shaft.

● The chain and chain rollers travel within a fixed groove. This lubrication system can track the position of the chain and chain rollers, accurately grip the chain and chain rollers while following their movement, and inject lubricant from the oil nozzle end of the chain rollers. It can then immediately retract to inject lubricant into the next chain roller. The entire tracking-gripping-injection-retraction process is completed in a short time.
