Working Principle:

The KJ, KM, and KL series single-line progressive distributors are suitable for use in centralized single-line lubrication systems with dense lubrication points, varying grease consumption, and frequent oil supply. They can be used to form a master-slave distribution system to achieve zoned lubrication control.

It consists of a supply body and end body made of medium carbon alloy structural steel, and 3 to 8 intermediate bodies with the supply volume and number of outlets determined according to design requirements.

The normal outlet is located on both sides of the distributor, and a reserve outlet is also provided on it. Each intermediate body's outlet is equipped with a check valve, which can completely prevent the backflow of grease caused by the back pressure of the lubrication point, ensuring that the oil supply volume of each outlet is quantitative and accurate.
