Description

The DDRB-N multi-point lubrication pump is suitable for the centralized lubrication system of multi-line small and medium-sized mechanical equipment with a relatively low lubrication frequency, lubrication points below 50, and a nominal pressure of 31.5MPa. It is a conveying and oil supply device that directly supplies grease to each lubrication point or through a single-line distributor. It is particularly suitable for single machines in metallurgy, mining, heavy machinery, port transportation, construction and other fields.

The multi-point lubrication pump is a motor that drives an oil valve through an eccentric bearing to sequentially supply oil to each lubrication point for lubrication. The multi-point pump has up to 36 oil outlets and belongs to a quantitative lubrication system.

Function：

1、Each oil outlet can serve as the oil supply port for a lubrication point.

2、Multiple oil outlets can be connected in parallel to form one oil outlet for use (which can be reasonably combined as needed).

3、The oil outlet of the multi-point pump can be connected to a progressive distributor, which then allocates oil circuits to the lubrication points, increasing the number of oil supply points in the system.
