Description

DDRB-N multi-point grease lubrication pump is suitable for centralized lubrication systems of small and medium-sized multi-line machinery with low lubrication frequency, up to 50 lubrication points, and a rated pressure of 31.5 MPa. It delivers grease to each lubrication point directly or through single-line distributors. It is especially suitable for single machines in metallurgy, mining, heavy machinery, port transportation, and construction industries.

DDRB-N multi-point lubrication pump mainly consists of an oil reservoir, reduction gear, plunger pumping elements, and an electric motor.

The motor drives the worm and worm gear for speed reduction; the worm gear shaft drives an eccentric wheel to rotate at low speed, and the pull disc of the eccentric wheel drives the plungers of the pumping elements to perform reciprocating suction and discharge strokes, thereby delivering lubricant from each outlet.

The medium is grease with a penetration of no less than 265 (25°C, 150 g, 1/10 mm), or lubricating oil with a viscosity grade higher than N68. The working ambient temperature is -20 to 80°C.

Operating Instructions：

1. The multi-point lubrication pump should be installed in a location with suitable ambient temperature, low dust, and easy access for inspection, maintenance, and grease filling.

2. Grease must be filled into the reservoir through the filler port using a grease pump. Never open the reservoir cover to add unfiltered lubricant.

3. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction marked on the reservoir wall; reverse rotation is not allowed.

4. The number of outlets can be selected from 1 to 14. Unused plunger pumping elements can be removed as required, and the threaded holes shall be sealed with M20×1.5 plugs.

5. The grease delivery rate is adjusted by turning the adjusting nut (3) as shown in the figure below.
