The oil filtration and pressure stabilization device consists of a high-pressure filter, an accumulator, and a pressure switch.
The high-pressure filter is used to filter lubricant and is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. It will issue an alarm signal if the filter element is clogged. The accumulator plays a stabilizing role, and the pressure switch displays the main oil supply pressure. The accumulator and pressure switch are used together to control the start and stop of the pump. When the main oil supply pressure is lower than 50 bar, the pump starts and when the main oil supply pressure is higher than 70 bar, the pump stops (the pressure value is adjustable).
