02 When the wheel is offset relative to the track, the distance of the nozzle relative to the track changes, and the lubricant cannot be accurately sprayed to the lubrication point.The early lubrication system was the design of a fixed nozzle (the nozzle and its bracket were welded to the crane wheel bracket).

03 In view of this situation, our company has designed a nozzle follower device. The device is designed with two follower wheels that rely on linear bearing positioning and the recovery tension of the spring to get stuck on both sides of the track. When the wheel is relatively displaced from the track, the follower wheel drives the nozzle to shift synchronously with the track, so that the relative distance between the nozzle and the track remains the same, and the lubricant can be accurately sprayed onto the upper side edge of the track that needs lubrication.

04 Through product optimization and innovation, our company has designed a more reasonable oil supply method. The original time and frequency of oil supply have been changed to calculate the mileage of the crane and reach a certain driving speed for oil and gas lubrication.The oil supply according to the mileage avoids the phenomenon of slippage of the crane gear caused by excessive and repeated oil supply; the oil supply beyond the set speed avoids the concentration of lubricant in a certain place, making the lubricant distribution more uniform.
