After the initial startup of a lubrication system, several important inspections should be carried out to ensure stable operation and reliable lubrication performance.

 

1. Restore System Parameter Settings

Once the initial commissioning and adjustments have been completed, any modified parameters on the control interface should be reset according to the standard values specified in the operation manual. This ensures that the lubrication system operates under the correct settings.

 

2. Inspect for Leakage

After the commissioning process, all pipe connections, fittings, and fasteners should be carefully inspected to check for any signs of leakage. If leakage is detected, the components should be tightened or repaired as necessary.

In addition, the lubrication system should be inspected for leakage under extreme operating temperatures (both maximum and minimum) at least once each year to ensure long-term sealing reliability.

 

3. Verify Lubrication at Lubrication Points

During the trial production stage, it is important to regularly check whether each lubrication point receives an adequate amount of lubricant. This helps confirm that the lubrication system is functioning properly and that all critical components are sufficiently protected.

Proper inspection after system startup helps maintain stable lubrication performance, prevent equipment wear, and ensure reliable operation of industrial machinery.
