Installation Differences Between Primary and Secondary Distributors?

Release time:

2024-10-09

The installation positions of primary and secondary distributors are defined according to the system layout drawings.

The secondary distributor should be welded at a central position among the lubrication points to ensure balanced oil distribution. Based on the secondary distributor’s location, the primary distributor is then welded at an appropriate central position to optimize overall system routing.

During installation, special care must be taken to protect both distributors from mechanical impact, heat damage during welding, corrosion, and contamination. Preventing debris from entering the distributors is essential to ensure reliable and long-term system performance.
