Three-generation motor valve oil feeder

The motor valve oil feeder has 8 oil outlets. The oil outlets can directly supply oil to the lubrication point or supply oil to the lubrication point through the dry oil distributor according to requirements. The oil feeder is equipped with a flow detection function. The oil supply volume and oil supply cycle are executed in accordance with the predetermined procedures of the upper computer. When the external dry oil distributor or lubrication point is clogged, the flow detection device senses it and sends a signal to the upper computer to alarm, which can accurately find the point of failure.

Details

Using a dual-motor design, the torque of the motor after passing through the reducer is much greater than the thrust of the solenoid valve, so as to avoid the phenomenon of stagnation of the solenoid valve due to the long-term shutdown of the lubrication system.
