■ In the system, it is recommended to distribute lubricants through at most “two levels”.
■ When assembling, disassembling and replacing nozzle parts, start from the upper or bottom outlet of each side.
■ Oil discharge ports 1 and 2 cannot be closed at all times
■ Always use the original oil discharge port nozzle part set
■ If the spout outlet is to be replenished and closed, and the amount of lubricant is combined (the flow is changed to the lower spout outlet below to discharge), the nozzle body must be removed and blocked with an M10×1 screw plug. Connect as shown in the example below.

When piston B is located in its left terminal position, it opens up the connection channel leading to the right terminal position of piston C, so that the lubricant flows under the action of pressure and the piston C moves to the left.The lubricant located at the front end of the left side of the piston C is delivered to the discharge port 5. |

Now the connection channel leading to piston D is open, and the lubricant is pressed to the right end of piston D.The lubricant located at the front end of the left side of the piston D will be output from the discharge port 3. |

When piston D opens up the connection channel leading to the left terminal of piston A, the lubricant flows and pushes piston A to the right.The lubricant located on the front right side of piston A is delivered to the discharge port 1.At this time, the pistons B to D move from the left to the right, and the actions in the opposite direction above complete a cycle and a new cycle can be restarted. |
