The main station of the S02 oil and gas lubrication system includes a fuel tank, a PLC electronic control device, a lubricating oil supply device, a lubricating oil distribution device, a compressed air treatment device, and an oil and gas mixing device.
The pump is an pneumatic pump or a gear pump, which is opened and prepared. It runs intermittently according to a set cycle to supply the lubricating oil to the progressive distributor; the progressive distributor distributes the lubricating oil proportionally and reaches the oil-gas mixing block; in the oil-gas mixing block, the lubricating oil is mixed with the compressed air treated by the air treatment device to form a two-phase mixed flow of oil and gas.
