Jilin Jianlong Steel Plant's two slab casting machines use two sets of Huashun S01 oil-air lubrication systems. All systems were installed by after-sales personnel, totaling 84 lubrication points.
In nearly three months of use, lubrication has been excellent, with no bearing seizures during online operation. Each lubrication point consumes an average of 3ml of oil per hour.
Previously, grease lubrication was prone to distributor clogging, resulting in a high accident rate and significantly higher consumption compared to oil-air lubrication. The customer is very satisfied with the performance of the oil-air lubrication system and has renewed their order for four more S03 oil-air lubrication systems.
